		<description>I have become a regular exerciser over the past 18 months and I can tell you from experience that I feel better.  I don&#039;t recall an extended period of sickness over that period of time and when I do get something, it seems to pass quickly.

I will tune my 60 minute workout down to 30 minutes or so to accommodate feeling like crap, but it feels good to get the body moving to sweat the toxins out.</description>

		<description>I think there&#039;s a psychological dimension here that should not be overlooked. Are you actually enjoying your exercise or is it a trial through which you force yourself? If you&#039;re not happy, your body won&#039;t be happy either.</description>
