It is often that you here many people talk about taking a nice hot bath with lavender oil or rosewood. Why do we like to take baths that smell good? Well, probably for the fact that it makes us feel calm not just the warm water, but also the lavender oil. There are over 300 oils that are used out there and they all have a great benefit to our physical and emotional symptoms.  A friend sent me a little article from Soul-Path it shares a very generalized idea of what aromatherapy does and why we like to use them.
