Ever feel spacey, disconnected, or total unfocused? If you experience this often you might be feeling ungrounded. Here is a great recipe that I often use in the morning to get my mind clear and back on track.
Ruburab Smoothie
1 Stalk Rhubarb
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/2 Cup Strawberries
1/2 Cup Purified Water
Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
You can also substitute almond milk for the yogurt for a vegan version.
Mix in a blender and enjoy!
