Tea Meditation
Who knew drinking tea was all you needed to meditate. Tea meditation is becoming popular, and is in essence very similar to mindful meditation. When we drink tea it creates the same sense of serenity and inner peace that meditation gives us. Most tea is always very detoxifying for the body just like meditation. There is no best or worst time of the day to do tea meditation, but if you are looking to start your day on a reflexy state of mind pour your self a warm cup of tea of your liking and simply reflect.
