Shower Meditation
October 6th, 2009 By: Brittany
Relax your mind and slowly let the shower run over your head. Feel the water running over your body, cleansing, and soothing, away all stress and tension.
Imagine every ounce of your stress is being washed away.
Turn your attention to the water.
Feel the water fall, hear the water fall.
Do this for however long you find it needed.
Then, imagine that the water from the shower is pure, white light. Bring it down around you in a bubble.
Tell your higher self that this bubble of white light will surround and protect you during the day. You have nothing to stress, or worry about; you are protected.
End the shower by running cold water down your body. This will help to awaken your senses and make you energized.
