Asking For Help

I decided that this week I would put in a exercise to help people transition from stuck to understanding. There is not one of us who have gone through life without feeling helpless, defeated, or scared.

I decided that this week I would put in a exercise to help people transition from stuck to understanding. There is not one of us who have gone through life without feeling helpless, defeated, or scared. We have had many life challenges that we’ve had to face, and many more that we will have to face. This is apart of life and it is apart of our work here.

If you need assistance or guidance never be afraid to ask. Whether it be a friend, neighbor, community member, or simply someone who you feel comfortable with. For this exercise I want to stress on the spiritual side of guidance. I often find my self asking questions to my higher self and the higher beings that helps me through my stresses. This is someone that you do not have to label as anyone specific, mostly it is just having faith that there is indeed someone there who is helping you.

Think about questions and concerns that you need guidance with. Sit down in a space where it is quiet, breath in and out a few deep breaths and ask for the love and strengh to lead you to the answer you are seeking. The important point is to listen to yourself. Don’t be afaird to visualize and sense what might be coming to you just try to understand it’s meaning and purpose. Imagine placing your concern in a bubble of light and sending off to the universe. When you are finished place your questions and concerns in a box that you keep near by and look at often. This will help the answers come to your conscious. Be patient, but be confident that you will get the answer and help.
