1. Be grateful for the food you eat, and the people who prepare it.
2. Make something special to give others this holiday season. Whether it be making food, serving food, or helping pitch in some time or money give something special.
3. Be thankful for all the things you’ve learned and all the things you’ve shared with others this year.
4. Be thankful for family and close friends. Show them your appreciation for all their wonderful support.
5. Be thankful by saying grace or a prayer.
6. Invite someone over for the holidays that may be spending it alone.
7. Volunteer your time or cooking skills in a soup kitchen.
