Michelle Clark Personal Trainer
October 16th, 2009 By: Brittany
Hello my name is Michelle denBoer and I am a personal trainer. I have been educated and certified by ISSA. I have always been involved in the fitness world most of my life. As a personal trainer my job is to assess your fitness level, set up a program for you and keep you motivated. I will push you past your comfort level–something difficult to do on your own. Even though I may push you we will have fun during the process. I enjoy working with all of my clients and I will enjoy working with you as well.
As a trainer I also provided:
- guidance on reaching your goals
- education about strength training, cardio and basic nutrition
- a reason to show up at the gym each week
- accountability
- ways to help track your progress
It is a proven fact that people who work with a personal trainer reach there goals in the proper manner and are able to maintain their results.
To reach Michelle about training, how to stay fit and healthy, or any other questions you have please e-mail Michelle Clark
