			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Setting goals is a fundamental aspect of self motivation and ultimately preservation.  Setting reasonable and obtainable goals can help you get that promotion you’re after, get that phone number you’ve been desiring or simply get you out of bed and moving in the morning.  A goal can be something small and simple like I’ll get up every morning at 8:00 am to something more sophisticated like setting the overall goal of your business, but at the core every goal is the same, a piece of motivation.<span id="more-644"></span></p>
<p>Before you do anything different with your daily routine, your life, significant other or making a purchase you should always consider what your goal is with that motion.  This can really help you spend more time on what’s important and beneficial to you and less time on the superficial day to day issues we come across.  For example, you want to quit your job and start a business of your own, consider what is the goal for your new business, what’s your goal for leaving your job?  Is your goal to make a bunch of money, to make a difference in the world?  Write that down on paper and read it every day, feel whether or not that goal resonates with you, do you constantly feel the same about that goal?</p>
<p>In the example above that goal would be your primary goal or overall goal.  This type of goal can be hard to obtain immediately, but it’s the first step in organizing yourself and your life.  Write this primary goal at the top of a sheet of paper, now think of a smaller goal that leads to that primary goal.  Maybe that would be, writing a business plan or practicing an elevator speech, now write that goal under the primary and connect it with a line.  Think of another goal that feeds into that primary goal, maybe it’s smaller like I need to spend 3 hours a night working on my new idea, now connect it to your primary goal.  We’re creating a goal pyramid!  Continue this process until you’ve exhausted yourself.</p>
<p>By the time you’re exhausted you’ve probably come up with some easily obtainable goals at the base of your pyramid, maybe something like waking up early every morning, going on a jog every day, calling your mom, whatever it may be it’s obtainable!  Now right now obtain that goal (if the space you’re in is conducive).  Once you’ve obtained that goal relish in the fact that you did it, feel free to blow that achievement way out of proportion, celebrate it!  Even if the goal was to quit reading this, celebrate it!  Now check it off your list, if it’s ongoing like jogging every day or waking up early every day then EVERY time you achieve that goal celebrate it, every day, every week, every month and every year.</p>
<p>Keep checking goals off of your pyramid, as the goals get larger and more daunting look down at the bottom of your goal pyramid at everything you’ve already done as motivation to push your limit and obtain that next goal.  Celebrate every accomplishment as though it’s the first, regardless of how long it took you to accomplish it, regardless of whether you accomplished it the way you thought you would, regardless of what other people think of it!</p>
<p>It’s through this constant goal setting and goal accomplishments that you can keep motivated and obtain the goal you truly desire.  Always refer to your goal pyramid when you’re in doubt of your decisions.  Accomplish each goal one by one, don’t multi-task your goals, each is special and unique and must be accomplished as such.  Finally, fully obtain and celebrate the accomplishment of completing your goal, every time, no excuses, no matter where you are or what time it is, shout at the world that you did it!</p>

<p>Black Currant Oil is a rich source of gamma linolenic acid, GLA, along with other important polyunsatura-ted fatty acids. <p>Reports have proved that we can find the antioxidants that protect the body from free radicals in this black currant seed oil. Plus, black currant seed oil is an excellent source of essential fatty acids. So if you add this natural remedy to your daily routine you will realize that this is a tremendous way to maintain excellent health. Only by keeping your body away from irritants and fats that are harmful for your health, you can diminish or even stop completely any potential acne breakouts that might appear.</p>
<p>I have been someone who has struggled with skin breakouts for many years. Like many I have changed my diet, skincare routine, and even tried acupuncture to try to combat my skin condition. I found that the best relief to the problem was black currant oil. I found that after taking them for just 2 weeks my skin cleared up without changing my diet or other routines.</p>
<p>I don’t believe that this oil will work for everyone, but if you experience skin problems due to hormonal issues it could certainly be worth a try. Remember it is always important to check with a doctor before trying product.</p>

Breath long and slow through your nose. Bring your hands into prayer pose. Stay in this pose and think of someone you love very much and send that person love and healing. Take another deep breath and feel the energy move through your body project that breath towards the one you love. Take another deep breath and relax your hands to your side.<span id="more-613"></span></p>
<p>To enhance this meditation take two rose quartz and hold then; one in each hand. This will help with concentration as well as putting your intention on love. Rose Quartz is a wonderful stone for opening the heart chakra, for receiving love, and for giving love.</p>
<p>Towards the end bring in white healing light through the top of your head. Invision the light removing all negativity and thoughts. Let the light run through all areas of your body and release it through your feet towards the earth.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I decided that this week I would put in a exercise to help people transition from stuck to understanding. There is not one of us who have gone through life without feeling helpless, defeated, or scared. We have had many life challenges that we&#8217;ve had to face, and many more that we will have to face. This is apart of life and it is apart of our work here.<span id="more-554"></span></p>
<p>If you need assistance or guidance never be afraid to ask. Whether it be a friend, neighbor, community member, or simply someone who you feel comfortable with. For this exercise I want to stress on the spiritual side of guidance. I often find my self asking questions to my higher self and the higher beings that helps me through my stresses. This is someone that you do not have to label as anyone specific, mostly it is just having faith that there is indeed someone there who is helping you.</p>
<p>Think about questions and concerns that you need guidance with. Sit down in a space where it is quiet, breath in and out a few deep breaths and ask for the love and strengh to lead you to the answer you are seeking. The important point is to listen to yourself. Don&#8217;t be afaird to visualize and sense what might be coming to you just try to understand it&#8217;s meaning and purpose. Imagine placing your concern in a bubble of light and sending off to the universe. When you are finished place your questions and concerns in a box that you keep near by and look at often. This will help the answers come to your conscious. Be patient, but be confident that you will get the answer and help.</p>
