As the hard times hit we often get caught in the routine of feeling so stressed that we forget all the wonderful things that makes our life great. So, what are some great things to be grateful for?
1. Your life. If you are reading this then you are most likely alive and breathing. We thankful for that wonderful gift of life.
2. Accomplishments you made. Many of us forget our accomplishments. These accomplishments don’t have to be accomplishments dealing just with our career or relationships. We have all made accomplishments such as finishing school, learning to go potty in the toilet, and feeding ourselves without our parents help. Be grateful for the small accomplishments in life as well as the big ones.
3. Your family. Though, families may fight from time to time and get on each others nerves, there is nothing that should come between families. Be grateful for your family and carry the tradition onto your family. Remember, life is to short to hold grudges and be angry-especially at your loved ones.
4. The food we eat. Even I don’t realize how special it is to have great healthy food to eat. I am grateful for all the hard farmers that dedicated their lives to bring us health through the food they grow.
5. Children. Though not everyone has kids of their own, be grateful for all the children that are here to inspire us. Children are wonderful teachers who have a love for life and a love to share it.
